Vintage Pilcher Gold Plate On Silver Powder CompactThis is a wonderful 1950's Pilcher gold plate on a silver powder and mirror compact. It's in excellent unused condition, with no damage. It actually looks so much more attractive than our photos show. The piece has a pretty satin silver finish with a shiny gold plated design on the lid. It opens to a clear mirror and the original sifter net and unused Pilcher powder puff, as well as a paper liner on the bottom. The sticker on the mirror reads: "Gold

It measures approximately 4 inches by 2 1/2 inches

It measures approximately 3 1/2 inches in height and is 1 1/2 inches in diameter

The front and side labels showing very light signs of age

This is a very pretty early 1900's Victorian hand held brass and silver tone beveled mirror

This is a beautiful Edwardian 1910's silver plate cigarette or card case by EAM

It is hallmarked on the edge of the lip with "Sterling N & H Co

and the powder compartment opens to the original sifter net and powder puff

Any discoloration to the guilloche are just shadows
