It comes in a ultra suede pouch and the original Evans box. The case is in fantastic condition. No dents, rust or corrosion. Any odd dark marks are reflections. The lighter works well, and has a new flint installed. The case is a larger size than the normal case lighters we have seen. It will easily fit todays regular filtered cigarettes. It
