Description
Biltong Caravan ChilliA brown to dark red spice blend with slightly coarse coriander and chillies, and a spicy, hot flavour with a coriander aroma. Additional Information To assist in preventing mold, wash the biltong down with a diluted solution of brown vinegar before hanging to dry. Store spices in a sealed container in a cool place
The drier is fitted with a power distribution panel to provide power to the fan and the BB Scale (an optional extra)
