appLADDERAppleton appLADDERs are produced from proprietary plasmids that are digested to completion and purified in a multi step chromatography process. The ladders are supplied in a ready to use format that includes a loading buffer and tracking dyes. The appLADDERs give clear, distinct bands plus reference bands with increased intensity for easy size determination. Loading quantity is 5uL per lane.
