Establishment of the office<\/span><\/h4>\n

Al-Zahmi Office started in 1989 under the name of Al-Zahmi and Al-Yousef Advocates and Legal Consultant, it was founded by Counselor\/ Yacoub Yousef Al-Hammadi and Lawyer \/Saeed Mubarak Al-Zahmi, A year and a half later, the office was officially opened on 25 February 1991, by HH Sheikh Saleh bin Hamad Al Sharqi Head of Fujairah Department of Industry and Economy.<\/span><\/p>\n

Al Zahmy Advocates and legal Consultants is considered as one of the oldest, famous legal Advocates in east coast area ,it had been established by the lawyer \/Saeed Al Zahmy in 1989 ,as Mr. Saeed Al Zahmy\u00a0 is the first\u00a0 lawyer who started practicing the legal profession in Fujairah.<\/span><\/p>\n

The office includes large elite of lawyers and legal consultants with high efficiency and good experience in legal field who have the right to attend and plead before all country courts including but not limited to the court of First Instance, Court of Appeal and the Supreme federal Court.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The office succeeded from the beginning to make valuable position depending on its experts who have great experiences in legal field in United Arab Emirates and through its branches in spread in UAE As well as through its other branches abroad in collaborating with advocates from Egypt and\u00a0 UK .<\/span><\/p>\n

We <\/span>employ<\/span>ed number of lawyers and <\/span>consultants<\/span> who have good experiences in <\/span>pleading<\/span> and writing briefs ,providing legal advice in all\u00a0 Specializations whether related to civil, commercial, criminal, Legitimate or labor aspects.<\/span><\/p>\n

Through our 30 years journey of work, we achieved many Successive successes in civil, commercial, Legitimate, real estate and labor cases, and our success is still going on by the great effort\u00a0 of our lawyers and consultants in main office and the other branches.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

From the first moments of inaugurating of the work in 1989, our management represented in Mr. Saeed Al Zahmy was keen to develop an accurate strategy concerning the mechanisms of professional work in the office based on the transparency and credibility and exert the best endeavors to return the rights to the aggrieved and mutual respect, in addition to maintain the confidentiality of customer\u2019s\u00a0 information and cases and not to reveal any details relate to others according to the charters of the supreme legal profession.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The office is located at the 6<\/span>th<\/span> floor of Fujairah Insurance building opposite to Fujairah Tower, Hamad bin Abdullah Road, in the fantastic Emirate of Fujairah.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

From the outset of its foundation<\/span>, our office attracted many\u00a0 governmental customers\u00a0 from the\u00a0 public sector and Governmental Departments , as well as many\u00a0 significant companies in\u00a0 Emirates , in addition to\u00a0 many banks.<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n
