from barrel immediately prior to bottling and in bottle
but full body
but there is something feminine about this Cuvée Madame (title notwithstanding
and cassis scents that seem so easy to obtain with this varietal in California
Two wines that I did not see from bottle have turned out to be close to perfection
giving the wine all the weight and massiveness of its two younger siblings
This is a wine of profound elegance and grace
