Otto Zwarg Laurentian 400 Salmon Reel 3/0A very nice Otto Zwarg Model 400 Laurentian salmon fly reel in 3 0 size. RHW. 3 5 8" diameter with a 1 7 16" spool width. The reel weighs 14. 5 ounces on my scale. This reel is in superb original condition with only very light cosmetic wear here and there. There is some residue on the inside of the spool and a tiny bit of tarnish in a few spots on the rims, but that's about it. The sideplates are clean (including the red lacquer indicator dots) and

The grip is a slim cigar profile of 5 1/2' (11 corks) and is tapered to a square at the keeper wrap

Original reel pouch included

Powell grip measuring 6" in length with mild soiling

and built for a #3 or a #4 if you prefer a more moderate action

Includes an amazing scrimshaw insert to the end cap with a Royal Wulff pattern
