The binding is barely hanging on and there are some taped in pages and light soiling here and there, dirty kid fingers. BUT, it is a wondrous thing. There are 16 color plates and all kinds of other illustrations. Published by Ward, Lock & Co., Limited London and Melbourne This is a Rainbow picture book. I can't find a date.
