Hardy Perfect Wide Spool Salmon Reel 4 1/4"A nice Hardy Perfect salmon reel, 4 1 4" diameter and set up for LHW (though easily reversible). This is a modern reissue of this classic salmon model. There is backing loaded on the reel and some very faint scuffs on the foot edges but I could find no other signs of use on the reel. I suspect it was loaded and fitted to a rod but never fished. Gray anodized throughout with an alloy foot and an ivorine handle. Pleasing fixed check drag. The reel packs

The reel seat is cap and ring over cork

The serial number #33 is stamped on the bottom of the pocket cap

The rod packs into a green cloth bag with a black painted brass top rod tube with Jeff's logo sticker and a cloth overbag
