Dorrough 40-N Single Channel NTSC Video Level MeterThe 40N is an NTSC video level meter that displays the video signals of average and peak luminance, sync level, and setup violations. Sync range is 50 to 32 IRE. Meter resolution is 4 IRE per LED.
