The box has three rows of four holes to store replacement sprinkler heads. The box is in good condition and has nice graphics on the front and the original knob the door. It is quite dirty inside and out, but I am leaving it in as found condition. Please see the photos for the most complete description of this item. Dimensions: 8. 5" L x 3" D x 11. 5" H
