I was photographing with some friends that day and as I handed the flowers to the model I was informed that they were called " Babies breath"

This hand-pulled polymer photogravure print is made with Charbonnel Noir RSR black and warm sepia inks

I strive to make pictures that challenge time

not because I dislike the work made in these spaces

The setting

Chapel at Les Jardins de Marqueyssac

Last week I was on a walk in my neighborhood and someone was getting rid of a handful of dry tree branches

The fact that they are open to the public makes them less of a secret but to me that is exactly how they feel

These are a few of the stone guardians that are part of Museé de Louvre

I also made a few Platinum prints with a layer of Gum Bichromate on top giving the print a slight warm red hue

and I strive to honor the power inherent in portrait photography
