RD Taylor Bamboo Fly Rod 8'6" 3/2 #5A nice RD Taylor fly rod, 8'6", 3 piece, 2 tip, and built for a #5 line. Serial #37 5 269. Weighs 4. 9 ounces. Medium to medium slow action. Very light use. Just a hint of grip soiling and a bit of brassing to the inner part of the guides. Flamed cane in a two opposed node pattern. Excellent varnish with a perfection stripper and black snake guides. Very light brown main wraps with red edges and an extra edge of yellow and black at the keeper and male
