Aroner Hunt Pattern Fly Rod 7' 3/2 #4An Aroner Hunt Pattern fly rod here, 7' 3 piece, 2 tip built for a #4 line. 98% Mint (there is a tiny bit of hand soil to grip and a micro bit of edge rub to oxidized butt cap). Fast DF action. Oxidized Swiss ferrules with collar, recessed knurl and two trim marks. Olive silk wraps, red edges, and signature wraps. Agate stripper. Flamed cane with 3 up node pattern. Small hand pressed nodes. Perfect spar varnish coat. Mortise cap and ring reel seat.

This appears to be an early version of Joe' well-regarded deluxe line of reels

this is a medium fast semi parabolic action for a high line speed

A nice Bellinger 3 1/2" reel in left-hand-wind

The cane is flamed and a three up node pattern

Comes in a brown suede leather pouch

2-tip Hunt color flamed cane

Grip may have been cleaned and there is a small chunk of cork missing near the hood (pictured)
