Payne Salmon Rod 9'6" 3/2 #8A nice EF Payne Salmon Rod, 9'6", 3 piece, 3 tips, and built for what feels to me like a #8 line. Medium, full flexing action. A very unusual rod from the Payne shop, this one is all original except for the wraps on the third tip. All of the guides on the two original tips as well as the mid are circle guides. The third tip may have had circle guides but they were removed and replaced with snakes and the thread color doesn't quite match, though the
