Bogdan Model 2 ReelA nice Bogdan Model 2 salmon reel, 3 3 4" diameter and set up for RHW. It weighs 13 ounces on my scale. Good used condition with some rim rash on the frame edge, some wear to the drag adjuster knob, and very minor wear to the front plate near the screws. This reel also has some line grooving on and around the bottom most pillar (the last pillar before you return to the reel foot, when moving clockwise around the reel) which indicates that it must have
Tip top is 5/64
RH/LH convertible (currently setup for right hand retrieve)
The reel packs into the original black leather drawstring bag with the Bellinger logo stamped into the side
Boasts a gray agate and a 3-screw latch
A nice Orvis CFO II fly reel
The spool width is approximately 1
or 8'9" with the extension butt attached
The front plate is excellent
and succeeded in making a cast of 25 yards
This one is left-hand retrieve
