Hardy Perfect Reel Set - Special Production LHWFor sale here is a Hardy Perfect three reel set you won't find another of. This set was specifically made by Hardy in England upon request from a long time customer. Sizes included are 2 5 8", 2 7 8" and 3 1 8". They are recent vintage reels with the gunmetal gray finish but what makes this set special is that the reels have sequentially numbered serial stampings on the reel feet. A letter of provenance comes from Hardy and is included with the sale.

and it has not even been lawn cast

The agate line guide is free of cracks but the n/s bezel has a hairline crack that doesn't extend all the way through

I find no evidence that a line has ever been on this reel or that it has ever been mounted to a rod
