Hardy Featherweight Fly Reel with Spare SpoolA nice Hardy Featherweight fly reel with a spare spool, 2 7 8" diameter and set up for LHW. I could find little to no signs of use, it may have possibly been on a rod once but I can't say for sure. Brown finish to the frame with a brass two screw spool release and foot. The reel packs into a blue Hardy padded pouch with the paperwork and a spare spool in a black leather drawstring bag.

The owner of this reel has kindly provided the original tag featuring Stan's handwriting which notes the model and the owner's name

Comes in the original leather drawstring pouch with the makers mark and location embossed faintly on the outside (there is a paper with some care instructions tucked inside the pouch as well)

65 ounces and designed to hold a WF9 with 275 yards of backing

Number 107 of a run of 150 limited edition copies

The Gus Pernack-made ferrules are size 16/64 with a perfect fit

and no brassing to the guides that I can see

Lightly used original condition with some cosmetic casting cracks at the ferrules and some cleaning to the grip with a small amount of ridging as a result

The bluing on the pocketed butt cap and ring and female ferrule shows some aging from honest use

Reverse half wells grip 6" in length with only light soiling
