Lot 066 - Antique Two-Tone Parquetry Wood Box with Bone Keyhole Escutcheon and Yellow Fabric Interior, 9-5/8" LAntique rectangular wooden box constructed with alternating light and dark wood parquetry tiles applied to all exterior surfaces in a checkerboard stripe pattern. The front panel is fitted with a bone keyhole escutcheon. The lid is hinged at the rear with two brass hinges and opens to a yellow fabric lined interior, with the lid interior lined in a quilted yellow fabric. The box retains its locking mechanism, though no key is present. Condition shows
