Pont Neuf / Les Petites Vues - ParisThe next edition of prints from my series of photographs of Paris Les Petites Vues Paris. This series will be presented with 11x14 4 ply rag mats included. The Pont Neuf is considered to be the oldest stone bridge in Paris, Henri IV ordered it to be constructed in 1578. I know I am not the first photographer to visit Paris and find this beautiful landmark to be so compelling. Still I wanted to make my picture, my view. I was drawn to the 'mascarons'

II tend to like rituals like this and I never get over how wonderful and different these little red strawberries taste

I probably do not think about them as flowers but instead as feelings and visual shapes and textures

Last week I was on a walk in my neighborhood and someone was getting rid of a handful of dry tree branches

there is no parking and so many stairs

It has not been easy for me in some ways

I went out one morning with a model and set about organizing the photograph I had been imagining
