Made from 100% organically farmed Pinot Noir, it's half whole berry, half crushed fermented, aged for a year in Lebanese amphora, and finished in bottle for anothercreating a harmonious and mineral driven expression of terroir. About the Producer: Mersel Wine is a forward thinking Lebanese estate dedicated to organic, additive free winemaking.
