Lot 107 - Vintage Hand-Painted "Do Not Throw Cigarette Butts On The Floor, Please Use The Ashtrays" Sign With Ashtray Illustration, Framed, 10" x 12"Vintage hand painted sign reading "Do Not Throw Cigarette Butts On the Floor" and "Please Use the Ashtrays" in black and red lettering on a cream ground. The left side features a painted illustration of a smoking cigarette resting in an ashtray against a red circle. The sign is housed in a painted wooden frame under glass. The sign shows toning to the paper and a tear along the lower right edge. The frame shows wear and scuffs to the painted surface.
