Goodwin Granger Denver Special 8642For sale here is a scarce Denver Special 8642 rod made by Goodwin Granger. 8 1 2 feet, three sections with two tips. The rod is in excellent restored condition. Michael Sinclair performed the restoration due to prior varnish meltdown. The original script was retained (nice, Michael!) All sections remain full length and relatively straight. Comes with original bag and tube. The ferrule fit is good on all sections. The two tips have different taper
I know of only one other 4-piece rod
This is a 7'9" 2/2 for a 4 wt line
The reel has one impact mark on the rim
This rod is an uncatalogued size
