Payne Model 98 Bamboo Rod 7' 2/2 #4For sale here is a Payne Model 98 in mint restored condition. The rod was restored by Ron McKinley of Macklin Custom Rods in 1995 and hasn't been fished since. The rod weighs 3 oz. 7' 2 2 for a DT4. Cap and ring reel seat over spanish cedar. All sections are full length and straight, and the size 12 64 ferrule fit is perfect. Complete with replacement bag and original tube. Also comes with Ron McKinley's restoration certificate. Amazing fast dry fly
