Bogdan Large Trout ReelA great Bogdan Large Trout reel, set up for LHW. 3 1 4" in diameter with a 31 32" spool width. 5. 5 ounces in weight and with capacity to hold lines up to a #7 with 50 yards of 20# backing. Good used condition with some fairly heavy rim rash on the frame edges, but little wear elsewhere. The original owner's initials "R. L. T." are engraved in block letters in the sideplate on the winding side. Click and pawl fixed drag with a nice pleasing click.

Norm MacDonald didn't make many reels and they are very rarely offered on the secondary market

The leather case also looks as though it came directly from the store and is stamped "Mills

The varnished spanish cedar reel seat is a cap and ring design with 90% of the oxidation on the ring gone
