Payne Fly Rod 9' 3/2 #5/6A good fishable EF Payne fly rod, 9' 3 piece, 2 tip and built for a #5 or #6 line. This rod has a medium to medium slow action. All sections are full length and the rod appears to be original although well used. It has some crazing to the wraps, chips to the varnish, and oxidation on the ferrules.
