Hardy Sunbeam 2 3/4" Fly ReelFor sale here is an early leaded Hardy Sunbeam 2 3 4" fly reel. Horseshoe latch, ebonite handle, smooth brass foot riveted to backplate and fitted with a Bickerdyke style line guide. Mechanically in excellent condition. A great reel for the collector or fisherman.
The rod may have been restored at some point in its life
Original ribbed brass foot that shows slight filing on the upper side of both ends of the foot
Spool width is 7/8" and the reel weighs 5 1/4 oz

The reel seat is a bit dinged up
