Lot 199 - Vintage Paper-Covered Dome-Top Play Trunk With Hand-Painted Designs And Pasted Caribbean Map InteriorVintage paper covered dome top trunk with a hand painted exterior and printed Caribbean map lining inside the lid. The exterior is covered in paper decorated with repeating scroll and dot border motifs in tones of brown, rust and black arranged in panels to simulate banded trunk hardware. A decorative brass lock plate with a scalloped crown and keyhole is mounted on the front. Leather or fabric side handles are absent. The interior of the lid is lined
