Patent number written on butt section. Doug Merrick and Tom Morgan rod, San Francisco 1975. Light medium toned cane. Tan silk wraps with maroon tipping at hook keeper, signature wraps, and ferrules. Perfect varnish. Modified half wells grip with all cork reel seat. Very nice cork. Bright aluminum single slide band
