Full length and unaltered smooth brass foot. Charlie Norris from Hardy's made a replacement spool for this reel and it fits perfectly. No cracks chips anywhere on the reel. This is a very scarce and early LHW Bougle that you can feel comfortable fishing and not merely sitting it in a display case!
