Description
Hardy Bougle MK IV Fly Reel 3 3/4" with Spare Spool [SALE PENDING]A nice Hardy Bougle MK IV Salmon reel with a spare spool, 3 3 4" in diameter and set up for RHW. Made in England. Serial "JDZ102". A line is loaded on the reel and the spare spool but the reel itself looks as though it may not have been fished. Classic raised pillar design with a silver finish throughout. Varnished wood handle and an alloy foot. Comes in the original blue zipper pouch and original box (the spool also comes in its original box).
The reel seat is made with a butternut spacer with an excellent coat of varnish underneath a slide band
Brown main wraps with an agate stripper and bronze snake guides
Each rod section is full length and straight
