Thompson, Died June 29, 1892," at age 47 years, eight months, and one day, and bearing the header "Whom the Lord Loveth He Chasteneth." The design incorporates a central vignette of a Holy Bible with floral and wheat motifs, a verse beginning "There is no death! What seems so is transition," and a
