Payne No. 400 Salmon Rod 9' 3/2 #7A remarkable E. F. Payne 9' #7 3pc light salmon rod in mint condition. Going over it carefully I was stunned at the phenomenal condition this rod is in, as it appears to have only been lawn cast. The finish is perfect with no blemishes and the wraps show no signs of cracking. I've seen very few Paynes like this come to market! The reelseat has Payne's spanish cedar spacer with an up locking screw lock boasting the "sold by Abercrombie and Fitch"stamp.
