The Brand is White Stag which was made in Portland, Oregon and started in 1931. It was known for sportswear and outdoor clothing. The fabric is a soft cotton and very comfortable The Rise is high and the hips are a little loose and comfortable. These were stored in my elderly neighbor's home for a long time. She wore these when she was a young adult!
It has a very pretty smocked bodice with lace inserts and a lace edging
