The fabric is a pleated style that has been stitched down to accent the hips. The fabric is a lightweight polyester that feels like a cotton silk blend. Pairs beautifully with other earth tones like plum, mustard, navy or cream. Waistband measures 33", hip 46 52, length 35". MSRP was $114.
