70’s Black Striped Vest Turtleneck Romper by H/B jrs. of CaliforniaThis darling retro romper is perfect for fall or winter. Wear it with your boots! IT is in pristine shape and preserved so well. The woman who had it said she just loved to keep her cute things, but had to downsize! She stored it well. The turtle neck is a knit, black fabric and zips up the back. The shorts are a heavier weave with cuffs. The darling belt just finishes it perfectly. And that's not the best part! I love the long vest that goes with it!
The navy blue calicos are wonderful and the polkadot fabric is a fun contrast
