Payne 226 Salmon Rod 13' 3/2 #9/10A rare Payne 13' two handed salmon rod. Payne catalogs have this model listed as a 226. By my feel it should cast a #9 or #10 weight line. Very good condition only very lightly used. This rod was one of the favorite mentioned by Charlie Phair in his early (and excellent) book on atlantic salmon fishing. Downlocking screw lock reel seat. 6" bottom grip with a button, and a 10" top grip in the standard Payne cigar style. Wrapped brown with green edges,
