Hardy Zenith Multiplier Fly ReelA rare Hardy Zenith Multiplier fly reel, 3 3 8" diameter and set up for LHW. The reel weighs 7. 6 ounces on my scale. Near mint condition, with just the faintest hints of cosmetic wear here and there that indicate it has seen any use. Two screw nickel silver line guard. Dark grey frame with a lighter silver color spool. Alloy foot. A loud pleasing click with a multiplying retrieve. The reel packs into its original pouch with the Hardy pamphlet and the

"Bradley" is stamped into the nut that holds on the crank and "SR1" is stamped in the side of the foot

The serial number is lettered on the butt section and at the base of each tip

Built in the 1930s as an all-around rod for bass and trout

The varnish is spectacular

The rod packs into a red cloth bag and an aluminum tube with Gary's data sticker and comes with the letter from Gary to the original owner (indicating that the owner needed to come pick it up because Gary was leaving to go fishing
