Harold "Pinky" Gillum Bamboo Fly Rod 7'6" 3/2 #5A very rare Harold "Pinky" Gillum bamboo fly rod, 7'6", 3 piece, 2 tip, and built for a #5 line. The rod weighs 4. 1 ounces on my scale. Modestly used condition. The rod is all original with some grip soiling and cosmetic casting cracks at the male ferrule wraps. There is a tiny bit of brassing to the oxidation on the welt of the Super Z ferrules. The varnish is in excellent condition. The oven tempered cane is a bit on the darker side of wheatstraw.
