Sweetgrass Bamboo Fly Rod 7’3" 2/2 #4A Sweetgrass bamboo fly rod, 7'3", 2 piece, 2 tip, and built for a #4 line. Serial #2001. The rod weighs 4. 1 ounces on my scale. The original owner's name is inked on the shaft, as is "Sweetgrass" as well as the rod specs. Crisp DF action. The grip shows just a trace of soiling but I could find no other meaningful signs of use, so I suspect this rod was lawn cast or at most used very sparingly. Light wheatstraw colored cane done in a two opposed node
