Lot 023 - Vintage Surgical Field Kit with Assorted Medical Instruments, Adams, Germany, Canvas Case, 6-1/4" LPortable surgical field kit containing an assortment of medical instruments. The kit features a folding canvas case in olive khaki color with tan interior lining and multiple elastic instrument holders. Instruments include various scissors (both straight and curved), hemostats, blades and needles, and a syringe. All instruments appear to be stainless steel construction. The case is marked "Adams, Germany." The canvas shows wear consistent with use,

possibly a depiction of the Virgin Mary and baby Jesus
The surface shows scant remnants of the original painted finish
