Payne 202 Bamboo Fly Rod 8' 3/2 #5/6

Payne 202 Bamboo Fly Rod 8' 3/2 #5/6An EF Payne model 202 bamboo fly rod, 8', 3 piece, 2 tip, and built for a #5 or #6. Used but in full original condition, with some very minor varnish chips, some cosmetic casting cracks at the ferrule wraps, and some grip soiling. There is a reel foot impression in the slide band seat and the cap also has a ding on the corner. There is very little wear to the heavy wire snake guides. This is a "Sold by Ambercrombie & Fitch" rod with an agate stripper

It has nickel silver rims

Comes with original zippered suede case and paperwork

Good capacity and the spool is palmable

Spine intact

The wood spacer is walnut

The spool screw could be a replacement
