Thomas and Thomas 25th Anniversary ReelA Thomas and Thomas 25th Anniversary reel made by Bill Ballan for the company in 1994. 2 5 8" diameter and with a neutral bias to the retrieve. The reel weighs 7. 6 ounces on my scale. Good used condition with some moderate rim rash to the frame edge and significant pitting to the backplate. "Thomas and Thomas", "25th Anniversary", and "#4 of 50" etched into the backplate. The reel comes in a felt lined wooden presentation case.

No real sign of use here though it has had a line put on it (a Cortland 444 peach
2" above that a hook dig chip has been sanded out but not re-polished
Weight - 12 1/2 oz
Near mint condition with some faint marks on the faceplate and some light mounting marks on the foot
Red leather bound
The snake guides appear to be black stainless steel
one single and one double
The side plates are made of delrin and the rings are highly polished aluminum
The seat is a downlocking screwlock with a varnished exotic wood spacer
and oil cover are German silver
